No. It’s not a speed boat. It’s a car, a Cadillac Ciel concept vehicle, that comes with “suicide doors” (since they rarely go into production), that GM prefers to call ‘French style’. 

The Ciel, French for ‘sky,’ was unveiled by General Motors in California last week.
